Healing Journey

Hi folks!

As they say in stitching groups: Not stitching related, but...

You all know I am on a healing journey and dealing with Myasthenia Gravis. I have not been designing much lately. Mostly I've felt too crummy. However, I am starting to feel better! I wanted to share with you another blog I have which is chronicling my journey as I heal from this autoimmune disorder. I chose to forego pharmaceutical drugs of any kind and to work on healing myself, naturally.

I would be so grateful if you would share my site with anyone you know who may be struggling with an autoimmune disorder and wondering how to handle it.

Here it is:

I would really like to meet others who are healing naturally, and develop a network, so thank you for your help in spreading the word for me.

Back to stitching: It has been SO therapeutic. I've been stitching a lot lately, but not very quickly. I'm getting a new camera, so I plan to post photos soon. And if you have not heard about the Lakeside Needlecraft SALs, well, why not?

Visit the facebook group page to find out more and join. They are such fun, and one of the SALs is totally free!

Here's to more stitching posts soon!
