Lemon Meringue Poodle

Ooh la la!  Lemon Meringue Poodle is here:
Lemon Meringue Poodle is the next in the Poodle Series.  Can you ever get enough poodles?  I think not.  That's like saying you could get enough lambs, and we know that's not true!
Lemon Meringue Poodle is stitched in shades of yellow, green, and purple, primarily.  You will notice she is quite fluffy!  Madeira Lana thread is used to achieve this effect.  It can be stitched as normal and then fluffed up afterwards.
This design also uses quite a few beads.  The model was stitched using Mill Hill seed beads in two colors: purple and yellow.  And, the poodle has a fancy collar done in yellow pearl beads.
Lemon Meringue Poodle is surrounded by her own lemon meringue pies, which also have fluffy meringue tops.  There is quite a lot of backstitch and longstitch in this design, as well, adding dimension and interest.
You can find out more about Lemon Meringue Poodle, available as a CHART ONLY or a CHART PACK, in my Etsy shop.  Have a great, poodle-filled week!
